"VR × Matcha" Experience at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai

At the upcoming Expo 2025 in Osaka, Kansai, Japan, IKIGAI MATCHA will unveil an innovative cultural experience that fuses traditional Japanese tea culture with cutting-edge VR technology.

Titled “The IKIGAI Journey – Virtual Matcha Ceremony,” the immersive exhibit invites global visitors to explore the meditative spirit of the Japanese tea ceremony through a fully interactive VR world. Participants will don VR headsets and be transported to serene Japanese tea rooms, lush matcha fields, and even historical scenes from Kyoto, all while learning about the health benefits, rituals, and cultural philosophy behind matcha.
